Shipping & Pick Up
Handling Time:
- For the products in stock, our warehouse normal handling time is 1 working day.
- For the orders confirmed and paid before 11:30 am (Sydney Time), the shipment will be arranged at the same day, or the shipment will be arranged at the next day.
Ship in Australia :
- We offer the local freight service to the Australia nation-wide. For the most metro areas the shipping cost will be automatically added and it will be included in the total price at the check out.
- If you are located in a remote area, our sales team will contact you after reviewing your order to confirm if any additional freight charges apply.
Shipping Period in Australia :
All the orders normally will be shipped using ALLIED/TNT/TOLL for the local delivery.
- VIC : 1-2 Working days
- NSW(ACT)/SA : 2-3 Working days
- TAS : 3-5 Working days
- QLD: 3-6 Working days
- WA: 5-8 Working days
- NT: 6-9 Working days
- New-Zealand : Depending on the airfreight or the Sea shipping.

Pickup in store
Once you’ve placed your order online, please contact us to book a pickup time.
Make sure to notify us at least 24 hours in advance so we can prepare your order.
After we confirm all the details, we will send you a Pick-up Ticket via email. Please bring your Pick-up Ticket when you come to collect your order.
